QuokkaPilot is an analytics dashboard built for Amazon sellers operating under the Pan-European FBA program. It gives sellers a clear, per-SKU view of their true margins by combining sales data with the full breakdown of Amazon fees — referral fees, FBA fulfillment fees, and storage fees.

Beyond margins, QuokkaPilot reconciles FBA inventory movements across marketplaces and flags discrepancies in Amazon's reimbursements, helping sellers catch lost or damaged inventory that would otherwise go unnoticed.

Revenue tracking is settlement-based, meaning the numbers you see reflect what Amazon actually pays out — not estimated sales — so your financial picture matches your bank account.

QuokkaPilot covers all EU marketplaces in a single dashboard, so multi-country FBA sellers no longer need to reconcile data by hand across multiple marketplaces.

How it works

1. Connect your Amazon seller account through Amazon's official authorization flow (Login with Amazon / SP-API).
2. Your data is imported securely and processed automatically — no manual uploads, no spreadsheets.
3. View your margins, fee breakdowns, and reimbursement alerts in one dashboard.

Security

• All traffic is encrypted with TLS.
• Seller credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
• Each seller's data is isolated at the tenant level — no cross-account access.
• QuokkaPilot requests read-only access to the seller's own data and does not request any restricted or PII-bearing SP-API roles.
• No personal data beyond what's required for account authentication is collected.
